2008 Photo Contest Rules

Here are the categories for the 2008 Photo Contest

1. "Best Turkey in the Wild" for your basic shots of wild turkeys out doing what they do best.

2. "Best Hunter & Bird Picture" for the standard picture of a successful hunter.

3. "Best Bird Only Picture" Many people shoot a turkey but don't have a friend nearby to take the picture of them and their bird. You can still take a picture of your bird in a scenic setting and enter it here.

4. "Best Other Wildlife" for pictures of any other wildlife you happen to get close.

5. "Best Trail Cam" - for whatever pictures you capture on your remote game cameras.

6. "Best Landscape" for basic scenic pictures, sunrises, etc.

The contest will have a limit of 1 photo per category per person. So one person could enter up to 6 photos if they have photos in every category.

To enter just post the entry photo in the appropriate category and we will take it from there.

To aviod slow/long down load times the photo size will be limited to approximately 600 x 400. If it's smaller that's fine just don't enter photos much bigger than this. You will need to use an independent photo hosting site to link your entry to.

Since we had a contest last year, this years photos should come from June 1, 2007 through May 31, 2008.

We will then vote on them after the season is over in June. The moderators will decide the Top 5 for each category and then everyone can vote for the winner.

This is a contest for fun and a little recognition only.
